Follow all rules, regulations, and instructions from the management, warden, and security staff.
Respect the laws of the country and do not engage in any unlawful or divisive activities.
Do not engage in any behaviour that brings disrepute to the hostel.
2. Timings & Attendance
Strictly follow the hostel's entry and exit (IN/OUT) timings.
Register your biometric attendance every time you enter the hostel.
Do not leave the hostel on Sundays or holidays without the warden's prior permission.
3. Room & Appliance Rules
Students will ensure that their respective rooms are cleaned by them. Varanda, washrooms, dining hall and common areas will be cleaned by sanitary staff.
Students will be personally responsible and accountable for the linen issue to them.
Prohibited Items: Induction cooktop, heaters, irons, and electric kettles.
Allowed Items: Mobile chargers, laptops, and study lamps.
Wear appropriate attire/follow dress code whenever student leaves their room.
Switch off lights, fans and AC whenever moving out of the room.
4. Food & Mess Guidelines
Follow the designated mess timings strictly.
Carrying of mess food to rooms is strictly prohibited. In case of medical emergency, food may be permitted to be taken to the room after obtaining warden's permission.
No outside food deliveries are allowed after 7:00 PM.
5. Visitors & Celebrations
No parties, celebrations, or gatherings are allowed without the warden's permission.
Only parents and authorized local guardians are allowed to visit. No unauthorized guests be invited.
6. Cyber Ethics & Mobile Policy
Do not view, download, or store any obscene content.
Do not record or upload videos/photos of hostel activities and premises on social media.
Use only registered SIM card. Multiple or undisclosed SIMs are not allowed.
Mobile phones are strictly prohibited inside the washrooms.
The warden reserves the right to conduct surprise checks on mobile phones.
7. Safety, Damage & Liability
Students are responsible for the safety of own mobile, valuables and documents.
Do not cause harm to anyone or damage hostel property. Any damage caused must be financially compensated by the student.
The hostel management is not liable for any personal mishaps, accidents, or injuries.
8. Disciplinary Action
Any violation of these rules will be reported to the Discipline Committee and may result in expulsion from the hostel.
Documents
Photographs: Provide 2 recent passport-size photographs.
Class 10: Submit the Class 10 marksheet and passing certificate.
Class 12: Submit the Class 12 marksheet and passing certificate.
Academic Proof: Provide a valid fee receipt or proof of current academic enrollment along with admission/provisional admission documents.
Residence Proof: Submit a domicile certificate or standard proof of residence.
Affidavit: stating that the parents of applicant doesn't have a resident in Jodhpur.
Transfer Certificate: Provide the original or photocopy of Transfer Certificate from your previous institution.
EWS Certificate: Submit an Economically Weaker Section certificate, if applicable.
Indemnity Bond: Provide an indemnity bond signed by the parents.
Anti-Ragging Affidavit by Parents: Submit an anti-ragging affidavit by parents on a ₹10 stamp paper as per format.
Anti-Ragging Affidavit by Student: Submit an anti-ragging affidavit by the student on a ₹10 stamp paper as per format.
Discipline Undertaking: Provide a signed undertaking from the student assuring to maintain discipline.
Authenticity Undertaking: Provide a joint undertaking from the student and parents verifying all documents are genuine.
Medical Certificate: Submit a medical fitness certificate issued by a registered doctor.
