Required Documents

At the Time of Online Form Submission

• Recent passport-size photograph (jpg/png, max 1MB)
• Student ID proof — any one of: Aadhar / Voter ID / Driving License / Passport / School/College ID (jpg/png/pdf)
• Payment screenshot / UPI reference number (after paying ₹200)

Documents to Carry at the Time of Joining

• Original + 2 photocopies of Aadhar Card (student)
• Original + 2 photocopies of last exam mark-sheet
• Original + 2 photocopies of bonafide / admission letter from current institution
• Medical fitness certificate from a registered MBBS doctor (with stamp)
• Affidavit by student, parent and local guardian (format provided by office)
• 4 recent passport-size photographs
• Parent's & Local Guardian's ID + address proof photocopies
• Income certificate / last 3 months' salary slip of parent/guardian
• Caste / Category certificate (if applicable)
